Dr. Newall and his staff strive to exceed the expectations of every individual who visits his practice.   Attentive care is given to even the smallest of details to ensure this goal is met.  During the initial consultation, Dr. Newall will listen  to your goals and concerns and answer any questions you may have.  He will make recommendations to fit your unique needs, and will thoroughly discuss your surgical and non-surgical options.  The safety of each patient is of utmost importance to Dr. Newall.  Rigorous standards and protocols are followed  throughout every step of a surgical procedure at the respected ACPS SurgiCentre, an AAAASF certified surgical facility that surpasses the accepted standards for private surgical facilities.   If Dr. Newall feels further monitoring of your condition is necessary after your surgery, he may recommend  you stay overnight in our extended care facility.   Experienced ACPS staff members will visit you at home in order to  provide your surgeon with an update on your condition.

For  the convenience out-of-town patients,  ACPS has made arrangements  with the local St. Regis and Radisson hotels to provide for accommodation needs.  In addition, transportation is available through  ACPS’s  partnership with a local town car company. For those who desire comprehensive assistance  after surgery, ACPS has made arrangements with Recovery Care, a high-end home care service, to provide for patient needs.  Recovery Care Staff members offer  extensive support to make your recovery a more comfortable experience.  Not only do they provide post-operative monitoring, they also  will assist  you by preparing meals, answering the phone, helping you to the restroom, and running errands for  prescriptions or groceries.
