Radiesse® is a dermal filler which has the dual benefit of filling in wrinkles and stimulating the production of collagen,  a substance found in the skin which contributes to its firmness  and volume.  As the skin ages, collagen breaks down,  resulting  in more lines  and depressions in the face. Radiesse®  is composed of a calcium-based material that is similar to that found in the bones. Dr. Newall injects Radiesse beneath wrinkles to diminish their appearance and into recessed areas to replenish or add volume.  Results may last for 6 months to a year.
