The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) was founded in 1996 by Dr. German Newall, Dr. Henry A. Mentz, III, and Dr. Christopher K. Patronella.  ACPS is currently ranked as the largest private plastic surgery center in Texas.  The practice surgical facility, the ACPS SurgiCentre, is a AAAASF certified surgical facility.  The SurgiCentre exceeds accepted standards for private surgical facilities and is licensed by the Texas Department of Health.  The SurgiCentre offers two surgical suites, pre-operative consultation suites, and four comfortable post-operative recovery suites, all staffed with medical professionals handpicked by our surgeons.   The SurgiCentre is located at 12727 Kimberley Lane, Suite 303, Houston, TX 77024.
