Liposuction, Fat Grafting to the Buttocks, Breast Augmentation with Saline Implants Patient wanted a lifted buttocks, and so Dr. Newall performed a buttock augmentation with fat transfer. Along with the Brazilian butt lift procedure, he also did liposuction to her waist, back, upper arms and a breast augmentation with saline implants.
