Liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift Patient Age: 24 This patient stored her fat around her waist and was unhappy with her flat butt. She desired a fuller buttock and better overall shape. Dr. Newall performed liposuction of the abdomen, axilla, flanks, back, inner thighs, outer thighs and knees. He used the patient’s own fat to perform Brazilian Butt Enhancement with fat grafting to the buttocks.
