Liposuction and Tummy Tuck Patient Age: 39 This patient came to Dr. Newall for a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and liposuction because she desired a flatter tummy and smaller waist. She had liposuction of the hips, flanks, back and axilla. She also desired a fuller buttock, so Dr. Newall used the patient’s own fat to give the illusion of a Brazilian buttock lift. The afters pictures were taken 12 months after surgery and the patient is very pleased with her results.
