Breast Lift in combination with an augmentation Many years of neglect and child bearing left this patient unsatisfied with her breasts. The patient wanted more volume as well as lift to give the appearance of more youthful breasts. The pictures shown are only 2 months after Dr. Newall performed a breast lift in combination with a moderate sized saline implant.
