Breast Lift in combination with an augmentation Dr. Newall performed a breast lift in combination with a sub-pectoral breast augmentation with a moderate sized saline implant to give this patient the breasts she desired. Note the after photos were taken only 2 months after surgery. The scarring is likely to fade even more over time.
