Facelift 50 Year Old Woman This 51-year old was unhappy with the appearance of her eyes and felt she looked older than she felt. Pre-operative evaluation: sagging under eyes, deep creasing around the mouth, excess skin and tissue sagging at the jawline, loose neck. Procedures performed: facelift, necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and fat grafting to the cheeks, lips and nasolabial folds.
