Facial Rejuvenation / Facelift and Fat Grafting This middle aged female looked much older than her age due to the extreme loss of volume (baby fat) in her face. She did not like the skeletal appearance of her cheeks. Dr. Newall’s plan was to softly tighten the skin of the face and use fat grafting to add volume to the cheeks, temples, lips and nasolabial folds (around the mouth). Note the natural look achieved with the fat grafting. She was pleased with her overall softer and more youthful appearance.
