Facial Rejuvenation / Facelift This patient was particularly concerned with the sagging skin around her eyes. She also hoped to get rid of the sagging jowls at her jawline. She had a facelift and upper and lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), as well as fat grafting for a plump, youthful face. She was pleased with the great improvement at the jawline and below her eyes. Notice in the before photo that the patient is lifting her eyebrows. She felt that she always had to overcompensate so that her eyes looked alert. She was very pleased with her results and now her eyelids and brows are in a good position even when she is expressionless.
