Dr. Newall takes a very natural approach to facial rejuvenation. For patients that aren't quite ready for a facelift, he may suggest facial fat grafting and eyelid surgery.
For this patient, he performed facial fat grafting. He placed fat in her cheeks, smile lines, and chin to restore volume in areas that would give her a more youthful appearance. He also performed an upper and lower eyelid lift (quad blepharoplasty)
