Description:

This patient underwent a standard tummy tuck with liposuction of the axilla, back, flanks, and hips. She also had fat grafting to the buttocks and trochanters (1200 cc of fat was grafted per side). She is seen in her after photos at 1 month post-op. This patient desired a cinched waist look.
