Michi Newall Schloeter, RN, BSN

Joined ACPS in 2019

Michi has been a practicing registered nurse since 2016. Before becoming an aesthetic nurse, Michi worked in the O.R. at Memorial Hermann. Michi obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of St.Thomas in 2014 and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree at The University of Miami in 2015. She has attended the National Laser Institute for advanced injectables training. She receives continuing education and is a certified Master Injector through Allergan.  Michi is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Favorite Procedure: I really enjoy doing SkinPen® with PRP. It makes a big difference in skin texture and gives the skin a beautiful healthy glow.

Veronica has played an integral and important role with ACPS. She has great organization and communication skills. From assisting Dr. Newall in the clinic to answering your questions, she will be there to guide you through every step of the way – before, during, and after your surgery. Veronica is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Christy has been a practicing nurse practitioner since 2014. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Christy worked in oncology at Methodist since 2003. Christy obtained her nurse practitioner degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2014 she also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Houston Baptist University in 2005. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).

Favorite Procedure: I really enjoy ThermiTight. It has great patient satisfaction and is an alternative to surgery for skin tightening. I also love injectable fillers, in just an hour they can help turn back the hands of time.

Favorite Skincare Product: I love the Alastin skincare line. Their Nectar product is great for healing post-procedure.


Dora Murillo, LMT, SS

Dora has been a practicing skincare specialist/laser technician since 2002. Prior to working as a skin care specialist in the spa and rejuvenation center, she was a highly trained medical assistant at ACPS since 1997. Dora has received continuing education and extensive training in skincare products, procedures, and customer service. She has attended CoolSculpting University for advanced sculpting training. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS). Dora is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Favorite Procedure: I really enjoy Halo and BBL because they are both very effective and have minimal downtime for the patient.

Favorite Skincare Product: I love SkinMedica and Alastin. Both lines are proven to be effective with consistent results while still being aesthetically appealing.

Miriam has been a practicing esthetician since 2009. Prior to working as an esthetician in the spa and rejuvenation center, she was a highly trained front office specialist. Miriam has received continuing education and extensive training in skincare products, procedures, and customer service. She has attended CoolSculpting University for advanced sculpting training. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS). Miriam is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Favorite Procedure: I am all about skincare. Skincare is my passion, especially laser treatments. I also love the results of CoolSculpting.

Favorite Skincare Product: My 3 favorite skincare lines are NeoCutis, Alastin, and SkinMedica. They all are clinically proven to reduce the signs of aging.
