The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) was named the Best Aesthetic Practice in Texas and in the nation’s 5-state South Central region at the 2016 My Face My Body Awards in Beverly Hills, California. An elite international judging panel awarded ACPS the honor, further establishing the Houston-based group’s status as one of the top premier cosmetic plastic surgery practices in the United States.

Listed as one of “America’s Top Plastic Surgeons” by the Consumers’ Research Council every year since 2008. Surgeons are chosen through a point system that assigns value to a physician based on experience (years in practice), education and training, membership in professional organizations, and board certifications.

Listed as a “Top Doctor” by Houstonia Magazine® for Plastic Surgery, 2013-present. The magazine solicited peer nominations from nearly 15,000 medical professionals throughout the Houston area and surrounding counties to obtain its Top Doc nominees and winners.

Chosen as a “Top Doctor” for the Brazilian butt lift by RealSelf, 2014-Present. This is an online community that has helped millions of patients gather information and connect with plastic surgeons in the area. Awarded Best Journal Article by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in May 2009 for his journal article, “Thromboembolism in High-Risk Aesthetic Surgery: Experience with 17 patients in a Review of 3,871 Consecutive Cases,” published in 2008.

Listed in Health and Fitness Magazine® as a Top Houston physician for Breast Surgery and Cosmetic/Reconstructive Surgery. The Doctors’ Choice award was given to 273 of Houston’s top physicians based upon votes from more than 2,800 physicians in the Houston area.

Designated as a leading plastic surgeon in the United States in a 2009 study that was published in Forbes magazine. The Goldline Research study listed all of the leading Plastic Surgeons in the U.S.

Listed in “Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare.” This publication contains the biographies of successful medical professionals, administrators, educators, researchers, clinicians, and industry leaders from across the diverse fields of medicine and healthcare. Was awarded status as Guest Faculty and received an Honorary award from the Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of Guatemala, 2006. Top Viewed Author award—The ACPS Research website (Knol) is a Google award- winning site with more than 100,000 website visitors.
