Tummy tuck and lipo I am 24 years old and a mom of three sons. A you can guess my figure wouldn't return completely back the way it was previously. Even if it had I still wasn't happy with my stomach area. I was always self conscious to wear a bathing suit even as a teen because my belly fat stayed on the lower portion of my stomach. I decided after my last son was born 9 months ago I was ready to look into surgical options to "treat myself" and get the body I had always dreamed of. I started my research about 4 months ago. At first I was going to go to Miami due to the drastic price differences between here in Houston Texas and there. It would have been about 4500 vs 11,000. But in the end I decided I wanted to be closer to home. So I got on here and google and started researching drs and there before and after pics. I stumbled across Dr Germán Newall who has won many awards for his "feminine curves and body contouring". I was able to get a free consultation that week and was booked for surgery 2 weeks later. The office has many drs who have been there quite awhile. He's been doing this for about 25 years. He was very very nice and had great bedside manner. I have seen him a total of 4 times before surgery. His staff was also super nice and helpful with any questions I had. They provide a regimen of pre op vitamins and a packet of instructions and what to expect. No stone was left unturned with these people and i loved that. My consultant was super nice and helpful she has called quite a few times to check on me pre and post op. I'm 1 day post op and in quite a bit of pain. The experel makes it a little bit easier but moving to far hurts like hell. I make sure and walk every 2 hours before getting back into bed and highly recommend staying on top of your pain meds. Will keep updating as the weeks pass. Day 4 post op morning and after shower Evening pics Grocery shopping and moving about now! Hoping the swelling goes down! Also getting used to the shelf butt lmao! I'm super tired of this binder as well. It's hot in Texas and it's very very annoying Is helping with the swelling! But it's scabbing and healing. Just a bit slower. Dr isn't worried. I'm pretty swollen most days. Getting some feeling back. And little lightning bolt like shocks in my muscles sometimes. I can't wait to not need the compression garment. The heat index is 105-110 here and it makes it so miserable. I'm pretty much back to all my normal activity. There is just one spot left. After surgery it was deep and dark black. Initially I was worried. Surgeon said it was a thick bloody scab and would come off with time. It did but it opened the wound with it and tunneled in a bit. I covered it and have kept it clean. Which is what he's telling me to do. I will call next week if it's worse. It's not painful or weeping yet. But a bit ugly lol. The redness at the top is from my bandage. But I'm going have it checked out. I'm taking cipro and using mupirocin ointment on it. It doesn't hurt or anything. So I'm going to see what he has to say about wound care The result is still amazing so far! So damn tired of the wound issue!! It's growing healthy tissue but is very deep. And smells not so great. I know the scar will look real shitty Of the slough came out. It smells better after that. Hopefully the rest will and it'll heal Much better. Hoping it'll heal up now the other was a spitting stitch And it looks so much better then it did. It's still pretty deep but the tissue looks healthier and the hole a bit smaller. I see the ps tomorrow. Ugh thank gosh A bit better. Hole is getting smaller. My skins pretty irritated from all the tape though. I have stopped wet to dry dressings as I can't really force the gauze into the hole anymore so I take that as a que to cover it now with dry. Everything has been going well! I see the ps in a month! Before it swells lol Thank gosh! Finally! The wound has healed up for the most part. No complaints really. I'm pleased. Everything healed nicely so far. We had small wound issues but he stayed on top of it. Can't wait for summer! Almost 6 mopo I have also been intermitted fasting The scar is a little wide but that's okay I'll tattoo over it. Some workouts still make my mr sore. Scar is still thick. But it is what it is. Looking forward to summer! So pretty much done healing I will say I still swell like crazy some days. On top. And I will probably go for additional lipo. But over all I love it! Over all very happy with my body back After the baby! Before color! Did great to cover wound separation scar Gained about 10lbs still worth every penny

I did my research. I narrowed it down between Dr. Newall and 2 others. When I met Dr. Newall and his amazing staff the decision was made. I told Dr. Newall my body goals. I thought I would just have lipo on my tummy to start. Dr. Newall told me a tummy tuck would be the better bang for the buck and would change my life. He was right! I look and feel amazing! I had a lot of weight to lose and was afraid I should lose it before surgery. But Dr. Newall was confident. I feel like I did 20 yrs ago
